Return & Refund Policy

Organization: National Youth Computer Training Institute for Skill Development (NYCTISD)


1. Overview

NYCTISD is committed to providing high-quality skill development training. However, due to administrative and operational constraints, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.


2. Strict No Refund Clause

No refund will be provided under any circumstances for:

  • Admission Fees
  • Registration Fees
  • Seat Booking Advance amount
  • Monthly Installment Payments
  • Exam Fees and other program fees

These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.


3. Course/Program Fee Refund (One-Time Full Payment & Security Deposit Only)

Before Course Start Date:

  • Refund requests for full one-time paid courses (excluding admission fees) will be considered if submitted at least 3 days before the course starts.
  • A 10–20% administrative deduction will be applicable.
  • Security deposit will be refundable on Term & Condition mentioned in Sl No. 5

After Course Has Started:

  • No refund will be issued once training has begun.
  • In exceptional cases (medical emergency or valid documented reason), partial refund or batch transfer may be considered at the management’s discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Admission/Registration Fees
  • Monthly Installment Fees
  • Payment Gateway Charges
  • Study Materials / Downloads
  • Classes already attended
  • Government Certification or Exam Fees

5. Internship & Live Project Programs

  • If NYCTISD cancels an internship batch, the student can choose:
  • student must submit Security deposit to avail this refund opportunity.
    • A full refund, or
    • Join the next available batch
    • if student miss the 5 consecutive classes will treated as dropout (no refund applicable)
  • If a student withdraws after the program starts, no refund will be given.
  • 85% fees can be refunded for students who are successfully completed the course with minimum 70% attendance and qualify the Final assessment.
  • Below 70% attendance students are not eligible for Security deposit Refund

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • All eligible and approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

8. Final Decision

All refund requests are subject to final review by the NYCTISD management. The decision of the management is final and binding.
