- Recent Photograph of Training Centre
- Trade License of Centre
Affiliation Process
- Step 1 – Submit the Online Affiliation Application.
- Step 2 – Upload all required documents.
- Step 3 – NYCTISD representative will verify your documents.
- Step 4 – Physical/Virtual inspection of the training centre (if required).
- Step 5 – Approval and Centre Code Generation.
- Step 6 – Receive Authorization Certificate and begin admissions.
